What is your Pet Policy?
No pets are permitted at The Suites. At The Residences, up to two pet cats are allowed.
What are your lease terms?
One and Two year leases are available. A 24 month lease may contain an automatic rent adjustment in year two, or may be the same rent for the full two year period. Please contact the rental agent to learn about available specials. Other terms available, please contact us and let us know your desired terms.
Are there any accessible rated units?
We have several accessible units, designed specifically for wheelchair accessibility, including walk in showers. In The Residences these apartments are Unit 002 and 004, two-bedroom units on the ground level, and Unit 104, a two-bedroom on the first floor. At The Suites, Unit 001 is a one-bedroom, ground level accessible apartment with private entry door at street level. All are welcome to apply to any available unit.
How do utilities, parking, hot water, water/sewer, and heat work?
All utilities are separately metered for each apartment. The apartments are all-electric* and heated and cooled by energy efficient electric heat pumps. Parking will be assigned on a case-by-case basis. One parking space guaranteed to each unit. *A select few apartments may be heated with natural gas.
What deposit is required to Reserve an Available Apartment?
A full First, Last, and $1000 security deposit is required to take the apartment off the market.
Do you have a referral program?
Existing residents may refer applicants. Should the applicant(s) be accepted and move-in, the current resident is eligible for a referral bonus.
Is Renter's and Liability Insurance Required?
Renters insurance is strongly encouraged for all residents. Your apartment is your home! Please contact your insurance agent for available options. Our property management system also has a renters insurance policy but your best option is to speak with a knowledgeable insurance representative on your needs. TMI Property Management/Franco American Holdings LLC does not sell renters insurance.
