When can I move in?
The building is open! Our first move-ins occured on August 1, 2020, with more scheduled through October 1, 2020.
What is your Pet Policy?
Pets dogs may be allowed 20 lb. max weight. Breed restrictions are in place and are outlined in our lease agreement. A small dog walking area will be available on site. Two pet cats may also be allowed. Please speak with our leasing agent and we will send you a copy of our pet policy.
What are your lease terms?
One and Two year leases will be available. A 24 month lease is a locked in rental rate with no rent increase for 24 months. Other terms available, please contact us and let us know your desired term.
Are there any accessible rated units?
We have several accessible units. Unit 002 and 004, two-bedroom units on the ground floor, and Unit 104, a two-bedroom on the first floor. All are welcome to apply to any available unit.
How do utilities, parking, hot water, water/sewer, and heat work?
All utilities are separately metered for each unit. The apartments are all-electric and heated and cooled by brand-new energy efficient heat pumps. Parking will be assigned on a case-by-case basis. One parking space guaranteed (and assigned) to each unit.
What deposit is required to move in?
A non-refundable deposit of one-month's rent (first month's rent) is required to take a particular apartment unit off the market. Upon signing a lease (by or during move-in, or up to a month in advance of move-in), a deposit of Last Month's Rent and Security Deposit are required. Each deposit is one month's rent. The main tenant of each unit is required to fill out a W9 form with valid tax identification number in order for the Last Month's Rent and Security Deposits to be held in escrow.
